Shipping Policy

We take pride in our customer service at Classic Foods which includes not only the quality of our products, but also the reliability of delivery. In order to ensure our quality of service, we require that any cancellations or adjustments to your order be made at least 24 hours prior to your delivery. Please see Refund policy to know about refunds on cancellation. In case of last minute changes in design/shape of cakes, additional charges need to be paid in cash on delivery.

Please note:

Delivery will be done only to single address.

1. Please contact us for multiple address deliveries of bulk orders only. (Charges apply)
2. All cake deliveries can only be delivered between the hours of 8am and 9pm.
3. Mid night or late night delivery may be accepted with special charges on request. Please contact us.
4. Your delivery fee does not include TIP for the delivery person. We would suggest you to refrain from tipping.
5. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes
6. The recipient may be called to schedule a delivery
7. A recipient signature will be required for all deliveries to confirm the delivery.
8. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to customer unavailability, invalid address, delays due to peak season demand, weather, natural disaster, strike and transportation delays.

For residential deliveries:

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will call the recipient to see if it is acceptable to leave the purchase there. In the event that the recipient is unable to receive their order, the full monetary amount of the order will still be charged to the card used in your order.

For business/school deliveries:

The delivery person will wait at the front desk, with security, or with the receptionist for your signature. if the business location is closed at time of delivery, please indicate so on your delivery request and will wait for you to receive your delivery outside your building.

Delivery Charges:

We charge a small fee based on the distance from our main branch

Rs. 60.00 for within 5 Km
Rs. 90.00 for within 10 Km
Rs. 110.00 for above 10 Km (Within Trichy city limits)

Cash on delivery:

Applicable only for orders of above Rs.1000 within Trichy city limits.

Collect in store:

Pay online and collect from the selected store during placing the order

Additional Charges:

You will get the final price at the time of check out. There won’t be any hidden charges like Tax, Octroi charges.

Payment for your order:

We offer multiple methods to make payments for your order which is supported by Third party payment gateway and you can use payment options such as Credit cards, Debit cards, Net banking, Cash on delivery etc. We and our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to protect your card information at all times.

In case of successful payment, you will receive an email and voice call confirmation. In case of payment failure, please retry.
