We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 30 minutes of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the production department and they have initiated the production process.
No cancellations will be entertained for orders placed on special occasions like Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day etc.
We do not accept cancellation requests for items which have been used by the customer.
Refunds for cancelled orders will take a maximum of 15 days after charging a 20% cancellation fee and will be received on the original mode of payment.
Refund for Unsuccessful transactions:
Refund could be initiated, In case your amount was deducted from your account but transaction was not successful
Refund process would take 15 days, but, we vouch that your money would be refunded back, Promptly. Please place an order again, to enjoy our products.
Returns and Exchange:
If the order is not picked up, then no refund will be provided.
If the address is incorrect & failure to answer our call, then, refund will not be provided.
On arrival of the cake, please make sure you are entirely satisfied. Still, if you feel it is not as per your expectations, just by the looks, we would refund you 100% via original mode of payment.
ON consumption, if you feel the taste, aroma & decor is not as per your expectations, you may ask for a refund. But, we own the right to accept or deny the complaint based on our assurance and our observance of quality procedures.
Remember, cake is a perishable commodity, so exchanges are definitely not acceptable.

We may offer alternate choices, in case, the cake ordered is not available. If it is unacceptable at your end, then the full amount would be paid through the original mode of payment. No compensation, whatsoever, could be paid for non-supply of order due to genuine reasons.
